TREATY OF COMMERCE NAVIGATION. "MOST FAVOURED NATION” BASIS. Received November 1, 5.5 p.m. ROME, Oct. 31. Mussolini and the German Ambassador signed an Italo-Germau treaty of commerce navigation, based on the most favoured nation treatment, and an agreement to avoid the imposition of double duties. —Aus.-N.Z.
