Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Herbert Anotin, M.P., chairman and managing director of the Austin Motor Co., Ltd., forecasts that motor manufacturers, by the arrangement of certificated garages throughout Britain, will be enabled to hand each car purchaser a schedule showing the exact cost of any repair or adjustment. This, Sir Herbert adds, will protect the motorist from the dishonest repairer, who is seriously damaging the industry.
