INFANTS AND ANESTHETICS. Received October 29, 9.10 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 28. At the American College of Surgeons’ Convention, Sir W. Blair Bell, of Liverpool, said England was reducing infant mortality through parental care, and baby clinics and education. Anaesthetists reported great progress in limiting risk during operations.
