WELLINGTON LADIES’ CHAMPIONSHIP WON BY MISS CHRYSTALL. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 29. The final of the Wellington Ladiesr* Provincial championships was decided at Miramar this afternoon in ideal weather, while the course conditions were perfect. Miss Chrystall (Christchurch) defeated Miss Jarvis (Hutt) by 4 up and 3 to play. Neither player reproduced the form shown in the previous round. They were obviously suffering from nerves. After the twelfth, when Miss Chrystall was three up, Miss Jervis, who had found two bunkers on the way to the green, played with lack of confidence, which made her defeat certain. In a four-ball bogey, Mrs Webster and Miss Findlay are seven up.
