AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION.
MONTHLY MEETING. The monthly meeting of the WanglK nui Agricultural Association was held yesterday, Mr. K. Farley presiding. Weraroa State Farm. The manager of the Weraroa State Farm wrote regretting that it was impossible to exhibit at the forthcoming Wanganui Show', as all the Available stock would bo at the Royal Show, which will bo conducted at the same t i me.—R cc ei v ed. Room For Mothers. At tho suggestion of the St. John Ambulance Association, it was decided to erect a marquee on tho Show grounds for tho use of mothers. Members. Tho resignations of Messrs L. F Smith. H. Campbell, L. M. Meilars and J. E. Hewitt wero accepted and Messrs Allen and W. H. Bird were elected new members. Protest Committee. The president, vice-presidents and chief stewards wore appointed a protest committee.
