DRUNK AT THE WHEEL
AN ELTHAM CASE. [Per Press Association.] ELTHAM, Oct. 27. Francis Kempt was fined £3 for being in charge of a car whilst intoxicated. The car stood in a garage at the time of the offence and accused was at the wheel.
