SHOOTING
A.C.O.M.A. PINAL TROPHY COMPETITION. On Saturday last the final competition for the Association’s trophy took place on the Putiki rifle range. By a misunderstanding amongst some there was not as large an attendance as was expected. The conditions were favourable for shooting, and some fair scores were made. The result of the five competitions (three best to count) is that Trooper Alf Guscott turned out to be the winner, closely followed by J. Paterson and Lieut. Symes. Below are the scores:—
