BY Order-in-Council made and issued by His Excellency the GovernorGeneral in Council on tho 28th day of September, 1925, under the authority of the above Act, it was determined that the duty by way of land tax leviable under the said Act should be paid m one sum on Friday, the 6th day of November, 1925, at tho office of the Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings, Wellington; and, in accordance with such Order-in-Council, I hereby give notice that tho said duty will be payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before November 27, 1925. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before tho prescribed date, otherwise the .additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund. Tho demands will be posted from the office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about October 30, 1925.
