FRAUDULENT PREFERENCE
DIRECTOR ’ S MISFEASANCE [Per Press Association ] CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 23. Judge McGregor this morning made an order that an equitable assignment bf*thc National Hardware and the Machinery Company of a debt of £236 to Foster and Telfar was fraudulent preference, and that Arthur K. White, director of the company, was guilty of misfeasance in causing the assignment to be made. A motion had been made by the liquidators in the hardware company.
