Exemplary Sons. A Sydney minister had been away on missonary duty for 25 years in the South. Sea Islands. He recently returned to the State and put up with his brother not far out from the city. Married during his absence, the brother introduced him to his wife and three sturdy sons, all over six feet in height, like their father. Alone together a little later the minister observed to the brother: “I suppose you are very proud of your boys?” . f f Immensely,’’ was the reply. “Any trouble in rearing them?” “Well—er—no,” said the other. “Ever have to use your hands to them?” “Only in self-defence,” the father explained.
