PURSUANT to Sub-section 3 of Section 3 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans - Act, 1913,’’ Public Notice is hereby T given that a Special Roll of the Rate- ’ payers proposed to bo included in the Wangaehu Road Metalling Loan Special Rating District is deposited for ’ public inspection, without fee, at the “ office of the Wanganui County Council, 7, Campbell Place, Wanganui, from October 17, 1925, to October 26, 1925, both • days inclusive. Any person whose name appears on such Roll may, not later than seven (7) r days after the last day on which the Roll is so deposited, lodge with the ’ Wanganui County Council an objection , to his name being included in the Roll on tho ground that his property will ’ not be benefited, or be only partially , benefited, by the expenditure of the proposed loan, or on the ground that ’ the property of any person is wholly or partially omitted from the Roll. ] GEO. TENDERS will be received at the County Offices, Patea, up till Noon '• on Monday, November 9, for the supply of 1000 Dog Collars. Collars must be of good leather and equal to sample sent with tender. Collars to bo one inch wide and not less than 22 inches long, and to have brass labels fixed with rivets, such labels to be plainly stamped with “1925,’’ “Patea County,” and numbered consecutively in bundles of 25 each.
