LINK WITH DISRAELI. Manv people will be surprised •to learn that Disraeli’s Chief Whip is still living He is Sir William Hart-Dyke, who entered upon his 89th year on August 7. Sir William succeeded hm father in the baronetcy just hall a century ago, not long after ‘ ‘ Dizzy formed his last Administration, and selected the then member for West Kent as the Patronage Secretary to the Treasury. He lives at Lullmgstone Castle, Kent, which has belonged to the family for more than 200 years.
