NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Patea-Waitotara Rabbit Board, at its meeting to be held ■ on Monday, November 2, 1925, at 11.30 a.m., in pursuance and exercise of the 1 powers vested in it by Sections 59 and 61 of the “Rabbit Nuisance Act 1908,” ■ to make and levy a rate of one farthing per head on all sheep, and one penny ■ farthing per head on all cattle, as shown in the Stockowners’ List, furnished to the Board, such rate to be ' i for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1925, and ending on the ’ 31st day of March, 1926, and to be p?y--1 able in one sum on the third day of No- : vember, 1925, to the Collector, at the Office of the Board, 7 Campbell Place, Wanganui. The minimum total amount of rates payable by any one stock owner, to be five shillings irrespective of the total number of sheep and (or) cattle owned.
