Sir William Joynson Hicks, speaking at Lincoln, said: “A .definite attempt is being made to get British trade unions within tho domination of a foreign Power, namely the Moscow Soviet. I do not believe the workers aro such fools as to desert their own tried leaders. The Government is alive to what is going on, and can be trusted to bo ready in the event of la general strike next year.”
