TO-DAY’S FORECAST STRONG EASTERLY WINDS [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Oct. 21. The following is the Government Meteorologist’s forecast: — Present indications are for strong easterlies northwards of Kawhia and East Cape. Moderate to strong northerly winds elsewhere. Expect dull misty weather generally, with rain following in many parts of the country. Barometer has a falling tendency.
