TO BEST AT CAPE TOWN. SAILS ON WEDNESDAY FOR ARGENTINE. Received Jnly 26, 5.5 p.m. CAPE" TOWN, July 25. The Pdincc held the last official reception of the tour at Beaufort West. After opening a tuberculosis sanatorium at Nelspoort he will arrive in Cape Town on Sunday where he will take a complete rest after his arduous journey. He embarks on the Repulse on Wednesday for the Argentine, visiting St. Helena en route.
