MELBOURNE CONFERENCE ADJOURNS MEN TO CONSIDER OWNERS’ TERMS. The Australian shipping strike is still unsettled. The long-await-ed conference at Melbourne was held yesterday, and adjourned in order to allow the seamen to consider the owners’ conditions.
