AUSTRALIAN FLIES OVER THE FLEET.
Received July 21. 11.45 p.m, SYDNEY, July 21. Admiral Coontz in a message to the Australian people from aboard the Seattle says the whole fle -t keenly anticipates the visit. Already before landing they have received innumerable messages of welcome.’ A later message states: “An Australian seaplane this morning circled above th*- fleet in the rain and mist. We were sorry we were unable to send up a plane to meet him but we did not expect him owing to the state of the weather.’'
