MARCHING OUT
EVACUATION OF THE RUHR. Ito BE COMPLETED BY END JULY. Received Julv 20, 1 a.m. BERLIN, July 18. The French evacuation of the Ruhr which will be completed by July 31, is proceeding quietly and unostentatiously. A thinning-out policy is preferred to the more conspicuous and spectacular policy of marching out with flying colours as 'two and a-half years ago. Bochum and Recklinghausen will be evacuated by 'July 18, Rattingen by July 20. The (last French colonial troops leave the Ruhr on Monday, aany billets are al!ready released in Essen and Dusseldorf, (hut reports of imminent evacuation in iDusseldorf and Duisberg are premature.
