UNFORTUNATE OCCURRENCE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 26. An inquest on Adam James Glasgow, a law clerk, who collapsed and died in a dentist’s chair on Monday during the course of a dental operation, was held to-day. The medical evidence showed that deceased had acute bronchitis and inflammation of the lungs. His condition would not be apparent to the dentist. The coroner said that the occurrence was a most, unfortunate one. Deceased was not aware of his condition. The dentist had taken all reasonable precautions to ascertain whether deceased was in. a fit state for the operation. ’ T ■ ’ l-o fiiod from tho (’fleets of gas administered for a dental operai < .. iviiiir suffering from acute bronchitis and inflammation of the lungs.
