PIGEON SHOOTING CLAY BIRD MATCH TO-DAY The Wanganui Gun Flub is holding >a £lOO open clay pigeon handicap match to-day, commencing at .10 a.m.. Excellent nominations have been received, land the arrangements arc well in hand for the shoot, fifteen birds apiece. Several well-known shots are participating in the match, notable among the visitors being D. Fraser (Kumeroa), A. Dobson (Auckland), A. Nitz (Masterton), H. Quarterman (Mata roai, AicLauchlan (Masterton), ALcGaf fin (Elsthorpe). Nichol (To Pohue), and Grant (Hastings). There are thirty-six entrants in all. so that the match gives every promise of being a very keen one.
