THE Directors of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd., have decided to redeem on August 1 next, the existing issue of 1500 debentures each of £lOO. and to issue instead 3000 debentures of £lOO, each having a curi rency of ten years. Two alternatives will be given to applicants; they may either take the debentures at per cent. subject to income tax or-at 5| per cent, free of income tax.
