PORT AUGUSTA HELD UP

(Per Press Association). DUNEDIN, May 1. A dispute in connection with the loading of sand ballast on the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Augusta rose this afternoon between men engaged in the operations and the local agents. The men want extra rate for loading sand ballast. As no agreement was come to they ceased operations. The matter has been referred to the local disputes committee.
