INTER-ALLIED INDEBTEDNESS.
LONDON, Feb. 25. The Federation of British Industries has written to Mr. Churchill suggesting that the solution of the problem of inter-Allied indebtedness must lie. in some arrangement by which the debtor countries voluntarily pay annual instalments in accordance with their ability to pay, namely, some plan based on the principles of the Dawes’ report.
