DOMINION CONFERENCE (Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH. Feb. 26. A Domnion conference of delegates to the Royal Life Saving Society was held to-day. The Dominion Executive of the society came in for a great deal of criticism, in fact no delegates had a good word to say for it.
