THE HALF-HOLIDAY QUESTION.
CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 25. The question of tho day that grocers’ shops in a certiorari and near should observe‘as a half holiday camo before Judge Adams at the Surprcme Court in the form of a motion for a writ of a certiorari to quash an order by the Arbitration Court amending the grocers’ assistants award the ground being that the Arbitration Court had no jurisdiction to make the order. The motion was referred by consent to the Full Court.
