BRITISH SQUADRON
VISIT TO SAN FRANCISCO. SAN FRANCISCO, July 7. The British Special Service Squadron arrived this afternoon from British Columbia for a visit of three days. The squadron was accorded a rousing publia welcome, also an official welcome from the American Navy extended by the ships of the battle fleet. The British officers began a series of official calls. A continuous round of entertainments is planned.
