WELLINGTON CASE. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, June 27. The £5OOO claim for damages by Hart and Penlington, Ltd., was continued at i the Supreme Court to-day. ! Witnesses said they had seen the advertisements and had deduced therefrom that Hart and Penlington were up against it, or out of businfess, and had cancelled orders or had diverted orders to other firms. SETTLEMENT BEACHED. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, June 27. In the case Hart and Pennington ; v. Hannah, on the Court resuming in j the afternoon, counsel asked permission |to confer.
