SPANIARDS OPPOSE EVACUATION. LONDON, June 25. The Barcelona correspondent of the Daily Express says that public opinion is highly excited ovur the Moroccan trouble. The position of Dictator Rivera has been shaken, and there are rumours of General Weyler becoming Premier, as a section of the army is Protesting strongly against the decision tg-gvaeuate the advanced posts in MoIMeo, and Colonel Frianco, commanding the Foreign Legion, refuses to leave the positions, and threatens to to march on Melilla with his troops. When General San juju was ordered lo arrest Frianco nothing was done. Meanwhile, General Berrenguer is betried for responsibility for the F defWts of the Spanish troops in Morocco in 1921. The charges against General Navarro have been withdrawn. The public is convinced that if the Moroccan operations continue, the Spanish treasury will be exhausted.
