ANNUAL. MEETING. AUCKLAND June 25. The balance-sheet presented at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Co-operative Rennet Company showed a loss on the year’s trading of £3211, and an accumulated loss of £5540. The directors were convinc ed the company could, by certain alterations in methods, carry on without further loss, provided a larger output was secured. A motion by Mr J. Burton recommending the directors to favourably consider the winding up of the company was lost on the votes by a large majority.
