SAFETY FOR YOUR ESTATE. NO. 10.—HOW THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE WORKS WITH ADVISORY TRUSTEES. The wide experience of the Public Trust Office in the management of all manner of estates during the past halfcentury naturally enables it to undertake efficiently any task of trusteeship. However, a testator—who has satisfied himself that it will be advantageous to his dependants to have the State-guar-anteed Public Trustee in charge of his estate—may wish to arrange for the helpful advice of a business friend, family solicitor, or other person who has an intimate knowledge of details of the esaate. Th Public Trust Office Act provides for such co-operation. Several such advisory trustees may be appointed in connection with a single estate. Whatever may be the wishes of the testator, a satisfactory arrangement can be made under advisory system. Business men, particularly those whose estates are exceptionally large, or posses special features, will find it well worth while to obtain full information as to the ability of the Public Trust Office system to meet the requirements of any special case.
