CHINA AND GERMANY
AGREEMENT FORMALLY SIGNED. Received June 8, 5.5 p.m. PEKING, June 6. Copies of the Sino-German agreement were formally exchanged between the Government and the German Legation. Questions settled include the restoration of German private property in China, the settlement of German loans and bonds and the rehabilitation of the Deutsche Asiatische Bank.
