TROTSKY’S SPEECH DISCREDITED. LONDON, June 5. Russian quarters in , London discredit the report of Trotsky’s speech at Podolsk, in view of the fact that Trotsky has not left Moscow recently. (Trotsky is reported to have declared that Constantinople and the Straits were essential to the Soviet, also Bessarabia,, as a first stage to that end, adding that Russia would fight Roumania and the Poles if they attempted to stop her.)
