MOTOR BOAT AND SAILING CLUB
SPECIAL MEETING. A special general meeting of fhW above club was held last evening, Mr. A. J. Tymons, presiding over a large attendance. Messrs. E. Forlong, (active) and M. Bignell (honarary), were elected members. After considerable discussion regarding racing crews, it was decided to limit the crew of each boat to two active members. It was decided to hold a smoko concert, at which the prizes won during the year will be presented, on Saturday, June 21. The following were elected a social committee. Messrs Tymons, Bell, R. Knewstubb, W. Johnson, H. Roberts, W. F. Prater, and A. McDonald. It was resolved to hold a social evening on July 5. Mr. R. Knewstubb, was appointed assistant press steward. It was decided to hold the championship race for class 2 boats to-morrow (Satunlay).
