(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Muy 7. Joseph Barnes, charged with the murder of Walter John Whall, was again before the Court to-day, and on the application of the police was again remanded to May 14. Counsel for the accused said that if a further remand was then asked for, he would oppose it. Tho woman Reddlesden and the man Pinny, jointly charged with the illegal use o£ an instrument, were committed for trial STRATFORD, May 7. William Darragh, licensee of the Club Hotel, the driver of the motor car which was involved in a collision whereby Miss Gustofson lost her hie has been summoned to appear on Friday on a charge of manslaughter.
