ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
SERIOUS ACCIDENT. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 7. Janet McGergor, 16, was knocked down by a motor lorry to-day. She was running to catch a car and did not see the lorry until it struck her. She was sent to hospital, suffering from a fractured skull. Her condition is precarious.
