A serious situation has arisen owing to the Assembly, after stormy scenes, rejecting an article in the constitution empowering the President to dissolve the AssemblyTelegrams from Angora indicate the possibilty of the dissolution of the Assembly, which would be tantamount to’a coup de’etat.
