The Dublin correspondent of the Daily News says th e Ministerial resignations. are expected to include one of the highest importance, necessitating an appeal to the country. A sensation has been caused in County Leitrim by news of an engagement in which Nationals surrounded some Irregulars in a farmhouse, and shots were exchanged. A lieutenant commanding the Nationals was shot dead- One irregular was arrested. The military are active in County Leitrim.
