IRISH OFFICERS RELEASED
LONDON, March 23. The eleven Irish officers have been released because the arrest was unauthorised. (A previous message stated: Late at night troops surrounded the public houses in Parnell Square, Dublin, where it was reported that thirty or forty wanted men had assembled, including Tobin and Dalton. That a grave situation has arisen as a sequel to the recent army trouble is indicated by the fact that several Ministers visited the scene of operations. It is officially announced that ten officers who left their posts were arrested on the roof of the public house).
