Quotations: —Mixed w.f. lambs, small, 9s Id, 10s 6d, Ils 2d: medium w.f. lambs, 13s; w.f. wether lambs 17s 2d; 4 and 5-year ewes 17s; m.a. ewes, 7s, Ils to 13s 2d; 2-tooth wethers, small, 21s; 2-tooth wethers, 24s 2d to 24s 6d; cull 2-tooth wethers 18s; mixed 2-tooths 24s 6d; 4-year bullocks £5 3s; forward bullocks £7 2s; cows and calves, 37s 6d; empty cows, 20s to 345; 2-year steers, £3 3s; 15-months heifers, 23s to 245; light fat (?ows, £2 10s. Dalgety .and Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, report on the Feilding sale held on Thursday, the 20th inst.: Although held on an off day there was a heavy yarding of both sheep and cattle. Cattle were dull of sale, but sheep sold freely.
