Lane won from Cudahy by default. Lampe beat Lane. S. Powdrell beat Bain 6-2, 6-5. LADIES’ SINGLES Mrs Richardson beat Miss Murray 1-6, 6-5, 6-4. Miss Calver beat Miss Shaw. Miss Myers beat Mrs Richardson 4-6, 6-5, 8-6. MEN’S DOUBLES. J. and S. Powdrell beat Sim and Lind 6-1, 6-1. J. and S. Powdrell beat Lane and Beattie 6-0, 5-6, 6-2. COMBINED DOUBLES. Marshall and Miss Myers beat Mr and Mrs Woollams 6*L 6-1. Lampe and Mrs fcane beat Beattie and Miss Jones 6-2, 6-4. Wells and Mrs Richardson beat Gourley and Miss Murray 6-4, 2-6, 8-6. Lampe and Mrs Lane beat Anderson and Miss Calver 6-3, C-5. Marshall and Miss Myers beat Wells and Mrs Richardson. All events are now out to the finals, and the players to contest these are: Men’s Singles—Lampe and S. Powdrell. Ladies ’ Singles—Miss Calver and Miss Myers. Men’s Doubles—S. and J.
