CLEAN COAL INCREASES FACTORY EFFICIENCY. Throughout many years on* steadfast rule has been maintained by the Westport-Stockton-Coal Company the rule that only clean \ Stock ton-C'oal shall be shipped to their customers. Under all circumstances, whatever the emergency no shipment is made before all possible non-oombustible materials have been eliminated. This rule is reflected in lower operating expense for the consumers of Stockton Coal, who profit from the efficiency of clean fuel.
