FLOCK HOUSE SALE. There was a fair number of buyers at the Flock House sale on Wednesday and Thursday. Mr L. McKelvie's Holstein herd was offered on Wednesday. Bidding was brisk and the average price was £9 3s. On Thursday the station herd was offered. There was a large number of Jersey and Jersey cross cows and the best were sold averaging £l3 to £l6 15s, average for the lot being £9 3s. The cows were In good condition, and about eighty or ninety were sold before the demand slackened. The rest were withdrawn.
