I. ff iis mond as temporary member of the Arbitration Court during the absence <»'. t he employers* representative as from the 29th inst., is gazetted Sister Mary St. Monica died at the New Plymouth Convent on Monday night, after a short illness, at the age of 67 years. Sister Mary, whe wag born at Galway, Ireland, had be.en in New Plymouth for 1 4 years, previously having been at Pukekohe and Nelson. Mr Frank Tredale, formerly of the Awakino Road, died last week, at fhel age of 65. He with his brothersl started one ot the first dairy factor-1 ies at Taranaki on a site near Hal wera.
