FEDERAL SHIPS TO RESUME.
JOB CONTROL DISCONTINUED. UNIONS GIVE GUARANTEE. Received July 12, 10.20 p.m. MELBOURNE,. July 12. Having received letters from maritime unions guaranteeing discontinuance of the job control policy on Federal ships, the management of the Commonwealth line announced that it is re-commissioning the Largs Bay, but stated that should there be any recurrence of job control, it will lay up the whole fleet.
