(Per Pres* Association. I MASTERTON, March 29. In the Supreme Court to-day, a jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for £BOO in a case in which Eliza Jane Gallagher proceeded against W. Walter Buckrell, of Greytown, farmer, to recover £7OO special damages for breach of covenants in a lease of farm property, possession of •posts, or £lOO, and £5OO special damages.
