THE PRINCE.
AN ENTHUSIASTIC RECEPTION. Received March 29, 5.5 p.m. DELHI, March 28. The Prince arrived at Kualolumpur after motoring through thirty miles of rubber plantations. The people turned out in blistering heat for many miles. Numbers of soldiers who fought with the Prince in France were also present. The procession, headed by the Prince, was cheered by the populace. Indian predominated for the first part of the journey, then Chinese, who were clothed in expensive silks and satin, bowing politely, as the car passed. The Prince proceeds in the Renown to Singapore on Thursday.
