ASTONISHING SPECTACLE. ROME, March 28. At Milan 30,000 Fascist! paraded the streets in black shirts, carrying ensigns borne on lances, to celebrate dhe third aninversary of the movement, It was anastonishing spectacle to see the Fascist! marching, marching with a fast military step, most of them with weath’s heads on their shirts to signify their courage and determination. The Socialists, at the request of their own leaders, stayed at home, and thus prevented encounters .except in one case, where 15 Fascisti were attacked by 2 0 Communist railwaymen, in which one railwayman was killed.
