(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 29. Present indications are for strong westerly winds northwards of Kawhia and East Cape. Moderate to strong southerlies, with westerly tendency elsewhere. Changeable and squally weather may be expected generally, with rain in many parts, especially in districts with a westerly aspect. Barometer rising temporarily.
