CLEMENT WRAGGE’S FORECAST. (By Telegraph.) Special to “Chronicle." BIRKENHEAD. March 28. Forecast for 7 days—The western edge of the new Antarctic disturbance, named Abaddon, Is now operating. Expect cloudy, unsettled weather, with rain and a tendency to electric disturbances. Winds between N.W. and W., veering towards S.W. and S. Matters soon improving, and the characteristic feature during the balance o£ the time; sea moderating. (The above forecast affects the district of which Wanganui is the centre.) (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 28. Present indications are for variabe and strong winds west to south predominating. Expect dull and misty weather. Rain probable gen-er-iily.
